This workbook is for you — wherever you are right now. Whether you are navigating a tough season, rediscovering yourself, managing a health challenge, or simply wanting to grow, these pages will meet you exactly where you are.
There are no wrong answers here. There is no timeline to follow, no grade to earn. This is a judgment-free space for honest reflection and empowered action.
A Note from Ariela
I created this workbook because I believe wellness belongs to everyone — not just those with time, money, or perfect circumstances. You do not need to have it all together to begin. You just need to begin.
I am here to walk alongside you. These tools work best when paired with one-on-one coaching, but even on their own, they are powerful. Use them. Return to them. Let them guide you home to yourself.
With care and belief in you,
Dr. Ariela Rozegold

Emotions are not problems to be solved — they are messengers carrying important information. When we learn to listen to them instead of suppressing or ignoring them, we gain incredible insight into our needs, values, and patterns.
Use this wheel to name what you are feeling with more precision. The more specific you can be, the better you can respond to yourself.
Every Emotion Has a Family
✍ Check-In: How Are You Feeling Right Now?
Use the emotion families above. Do not overthink it — go with your first instinct.
A trigger is anything — a person, place, situation, or sensation — that activates a strong emotional response. Knowing your triggers gives you the power to prepare, respond, and heal.
Common Trigger Categories
- Relationships & Communication — conflict, rejection, being ignored or dismissed
- Physical sensations — hunger, exhaustion, pain, illness, overwhelm
- Environments — crowded spaces, loud noise, certain smells or places
- Memories & anniversaries — dates, conversations, old wounds
- Perceived failure, criticism, or loss of control
Identifying a trigger is not about blame — it is about self-knowledge. When you know what activates you, you can choose your response instead of reacting automatically.
✍ My Trigger Reflection
Your coping toolkit is your personal collection of strategies to return to calm, clarity, and balance when emotions feel overwhelming. Everyone's toolkit is different — there is no one-size-fits-all.
Check the strategies that resonate with you, then add your own below.
Choose Your Strategies
✍ My Personal Toolkit
Track your emotions for one week. Noticing patterns is the first step toward change. Use the Emotion Wheel on the previous page for ideas.
| Day | Morning Feeling | Evening Feeling | One Gratitude |
|---|
A goal without emotion is just a task. But a goal rooted in your values, your desires, and your why? That is a goal that moves mountains. Before we set goals, let's get clear on what a well version of you looks like.
Wellness Areas to Consider
✍ Dream Without Limits
Instead of rigid SMART goals, try the RISE framework — designed to honor your whole self.
Choose up to 7 wellness habits to track this month. Check each day you complete them. Even small wins count!

✍ End-of-Month Reflection
Take 5 minutes at the end of each week to celebrate progress and recalibrate. Progress, not perfection.
The brain learns what we rehearse. When you regularly reflect on what went well, you train your nervous system to notice — and create more of — the good.
Choose 3–5 simple rituals that ground your day. These are your non-negotiables — small, steady acts of self-care that tell your nervous system: you are worth showing up for.
✍ My Daily Anchors
Use this template each week to set intentions and track mindful moments. One small intention per day is enough.
| Day | Wellness Focus / Goal | One Mindful Moment |
|---|
You have done incredible work. Now let's make it real with a compassionate commitment — not a rigid contract, but a promise from you to you.
"I deserve care. I am worth showing up for. And I begin — right now, exactly as I am."
✍ A Letter to the Future Me
Your wellness journey does not have to be a solo one. The following crisis resources are always available — free, confidential, and staffed by people who care.
This workbook is a powerful starting point. Imagine what becomes possible with personalized support, accountability, and a coach who truly sees you.
"You have everything it takes. Now go Rozegold."
— Dr. Ariela Rozegold
My name is Ariela, and I founded Rozegold Acupuncture and Rozegold Wellness Coaching because I believe that true wellness is not a privilege — it is a birthright.
As a licensed acupuncturist, I have spent years helping clients restore balance, relieve pain, and support their nervous systems through one of the world's most time-honored healing traditions. But again and again, I noticed that my clients' physical symptoms were deeply connected to what they were carrying emotionally.
That insight led me to become a trained emotional wellness coach, so I could offer a more complete path to healing. Now, through one-on-one coaching sessions and free resources like this workbook, I support clients in building emotional resilience, regulating their nervous systems, and creating habits that actually hold — even when life is messy.
My approach is warm, evidence-informed, and radically accessible. I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
I would love to be part of your healing story.
With care, Ariela
